Scope of work The current exterior comes first: create a true-to-scale digital twin of the house exactly as it stands today. From there, I want layered options that show how the façade could evolve (paint, roof, trim, window swaps) and, most importantly, how the backyard can be transformed. My priorities are the pool with surrounding deck, a rustic-style covered patio and fire-pit zone, plus a detached garage. Landscape concepts should tie everything together and feel cohesive with a warm, rustic vibe.
