Project Type: Freelance / Part-time Platform Expertise Required: Interakt (mandatory), WATI (bonus) About the Project We are looking for an experienced WhatsApp Automation Specialist who can set up, optimise, and manage automated customer journeys, broadcasts, and integration flows on Interakt. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with the platform and be able to build working solutions quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities 1. WhatsApp Automation Setup A. Build complete automation flows on Interakt (welcome journeys, abandoned cart, COD verification, post-purchase, reminders, etc.) B. Create event-based automation triggers and dynamic workflows C. Configure rule-based segmentation & message routing 2. Campaign & Broadcast Management A. Plan and schedule WhatsApp broadcasts B. Create engaging, mobile-friendly message templates (text, image, CTA buttons, lists) C. Optimize broadcasts for CTR, engagement, and conversions 3. Template Creation & Approvals A. Draft WhatsApp message templates according to Meta compliance B. Submit and manage template approvals on Interakt 4. Integrations & Technical Setup A. Set up integrations with Shopify / WooCommerce / Websites / CRMs using Interakt API or plug-ins B. Configure webhooks & event tracking C. Ensure proper data syncing for contact management 5. Analytics & Reporting A. Monitor campaign performance B. Provide weekly analytics reports (delivery, open rate, click-through, conversions) C. Suggest improvements based on insights Required Skills & Experience: Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of Interakt.app automation tools A. Experience creating WhatsApp automation journeys B. Understanding of Meta WhatsApp Business API guidelines C. Ability to design flows using conditional logic, delays, and triggers D. Experience with e-commerce workflows (added-to-cart, COD verification, order updates, etc.) E. Knowledge of customer segmentation & behavioural automation F. Strong copywriting skills for WhatsApp-friendly content G. Ability to troubleshoot integration or delivery-related issues
