What we're looking for: Hands-on experience building trading algorithms (Forex, Nifty, BankNifty, or similar) Strong skills in Python / MQL5 / Pine Script (any combination) Real understanding of technical analysis, entry/exit logic, risk management Experience with broker APIs — Zerodha, Dhan, MT4/MT5, or similar Prior algo projects or backtested strategies = big plus Pune-based preferred — occasional office visits possible for project discussions.
