We are a construction company and recently venture into interior design and renovation, we need a Singapore based freelance designer that can design residential, retail and commercial properties. We need a designer who can physically visit the property, listen to client's requirements, take accurate measurements, and translate those insights into a space-efficient layout backed by realistic 3D visuals. Your role continues past concept: once the design is approved, We want you to manage the renovation on site, liaising with sub-contractors and vendors to keep quality, schedule, and costs on track. Core deliverables • Two or more layout options in 2D with dimensions • High-quality 3D renders for each primary space • Material, fixture, and furniture specifications with sourcing info • A phased project schedule and weekly progress reports during execution You’ll have full access to the house for surveys and site meetings, so being able to travel locally is essential. If you’ve successfully combined functionality and style on similar residential projects—and can show the before-and-after proof—I’d love to see your portfolio and talk timelines.
