Key Responsibilities Build and customize GoHighLevel CRM for real estate workflows Create pipelines for: Seller leads (cold, warm, hot) Acquisition process (offer → contract → close) Buyer/disposition tracking Set up automation: SMS, email, voicemail drops Missed call text-back Lead follow-up sequences Integrate lead sources (Facebook Ads, landing pages, forms, call tracking) Set up calendars, appointment booking, and reminders Create dashboards to track KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rate, deals closed) Organize contacts with proper tagging, segmentation, and notes structure Requirements Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) setup and automation Understanding of real estate wholesaling (seller leads, acquisitions, dispositions) Experience with automation tools (Zapier, webhooks, API integrations) Expected Deliverables Fully functional GHL CRM setup Automated lead follow-up system Organized pipelines for acquisitions & dispositions Integration with all lead sources KPI tracking dashboard Bonus (Preferred) Experience with U.S. real estate investors/wholesalers Knowledge of SMS marketing, cold calling workflows, and lead qualification systems
