We are looking for a skilled FPGA Design Engineer with solid experience in VHDL development and FPGA toolchains (Vivado, Quartus). You will collaborate remotely using our servers and follow a structured workflow that includes version control, automated analysis, and verification. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on real FPGA design tasks, from module development to system-level integration. Responsibilities Design, implement, and verify VHDL modules for FPGA-based systems. Work with Xilinx (Zynq) and Intel (Altera) FPGA platforms. Integrate and debug high-speed serial protocols such as Aurora, SDI, HDMI, 10 GbE, and other Gbps transceiver-based links. Support signal processing and video processing implementations on FPGA. Contribute to testbench development, regression testing, and documentation. Use Tcl and Python scripting for automation, design flow customization, and tool interaction. Collaborate via remote desktop or SSH on company-controlled servers. Log time and activity using a time tracking application. Required Skills Strong experience in VHDL for synthesizable and testbench code. Proficiency with Xilinx Vivado and/or Intel Quartus. Familiarity with Zynq SoC platforms and embedded design flow. Knowledge of FPGA transceivers and related high-speed protocols (Aurora, SDI, HDMI, 10G Ethernet, etc.). Comfortable using Tcl scripting for FPGA tool automation. Basic knowledge of Python for tooling or data processing. Good English communication skills. Reliable internet connection and availability during working hours. Nice to Have Experience with signal or video processing pipelines. Knowledge of AXI4, AXI Stream, and IP integration flows. Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT). Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. Work Environment You will work on remote servers managed by the company (no local synthesis or builds required). All tasks are tracked and assigned through structured workflows. You’ll be part of an international FPGA development team working on real-world systems.
