I will supply the existing 2-D drawings and any site photos right after kickoff. From those, please model the building and deliver four high-resolution perspective renders—one for each floor I specify—along with editable source files (SketchUp) so minor tweaks are easy later. Accuracy to the original layout and a clean, consistent graphic style are the main acceptance criteria.
