I’m building a full-scale Inventory, POS, and customer-ledger application meant for everyday use by Indian kiranas, retail counters, and small food outlets. The entire front end must be designed and wired in FlutterFlow; no other framework is acceptable. For the backend you can choose between Firebase or Supabase, but I’ll expect a clear technical note explaining why your pick supports scale, real-time speed, and affordable running costs. Scope of work I already have the high-level feature map and flows. You will translate that into a clean FlutterFlow project with: • OTP-based mobile login that recognises the Business owner role first (future roles such as staff or admin should be easy to bolt on). • Business and staff onboarding screens tied to the backend auth layer. • Inventory management: product catalogue, real-time stock in/out, low-stock alerts, and multi-store readiness from day one. • Fast POS module optimised for touch billing and India-specific payment patterns (cash, UPI etc.). • Customer ledger (khata) with credit/debit tracking and auto settlement hooks. • Lightweight dashboards and downloadable reports for sales, stock, and ledger health. What I value • Demonstrated experience shipping production apps in FlutterFlow, not just prototypes. • A strong grasp of backend schema design, security rules, and data-flow logic. • UX decisions that feel “Indian first” (e.g., number pads, vernacular fonts, low-bandwidth states). • The confidence to suggest better logic or data structures whenever you see a gap. Engagement & milestones We’ll break work into clear phases—foundation schema, core modules, advanced reports—so the codebase stays clean and testable. If the collaboration goes well I’m keen to keep you on retainer for new feature drops and store-specific customisations. Deliverables for Phase 1 1. Complete FlutterFlow project file with annotated flows. 2. Chosen backend set-up script plus schema documentation. 3. Tested APK for owner onboarding, inventory CRUD, and POS billing demo on real devices. 4. Brief architecture doc outlining next-phase hooks (multi-store, role expansion). If this aligns with your skill set and you’re ready to build something that goes beyond a demo, let’s talk.
