I’m building a full-featured delivery app in Flutter that must launch simultaneously on iOS, Android, and the web. The core flow is standard for the sector—browse items, place an order, track it in real time—but I want the codebase to be clean, scalable, and ready for rapid feature additions after launch. What has to be wired in: • Payment gateways for secure, in-app checkout (Stripe and/or PayPal are fine; suggest alternatives if you have strong reasons). • Maps and location services to power address search, driver navigation, and live ETA updates. • A delivery-tracking layer that pulls driver coordinates and pushes status updates back to the customer screen. I’ll supply brand assets, screen mock-ups, and API endpoints for the product catalog. You’ll handle Flutter UI, state management, integration of the above services, and packaging for the three target platforms. A short test build that installs on TestFlight, Google Play Internal, and a web staging URL will serve as acceptance for the first milestone; from there we’ll round out the remaining screens and polish. If you’ve shipped a cross-platform delivery or on-demand service app before—especially one that used real-time maps—please mention it along with the tech stack you used (e.g., Flutter Riverpod, Bloc, Firebase, Supabase, etc.).
