I already run the Academia LMS platform on my own server through a custom course-selling CMS, and I have the official Flutter mobile source code supplied by the vendor. The code builds and runs, but before I can publish it on Google Play I need a few quick branding changes and a production build. Here is what I want from you: • Point the app to my server by replacing the default base API/website URL in the Flutter source. • Swap in my logo as the app icon and splash asset, and update the visible application name accordingly (no other colour-scheme tweaks are required). • Produce a signed release build (AAB preferred) that passes Play Console checks, plus the keystore and any build notes so I can replicate the process later. That is the entire scope—no new features or UI redesigns. If you have recent experience white-labelling Flutter apps and pushing them to Google Play, this should be straightforward. I will provide the complete source, my logo files, the new app name, and access to the Play Console once the build is ready for upload.
