I’m working with an existing Flutter project that is already live, but a round of improvements is overdue. The codebase is solid, yet there are a few loose ends that need attention on both the front-end (Flutter) and the PHP-based API that powers it. First, I’d like a fresh pass on the UI/UX. The visual hierarchy and overall flow feel dated, so I need screens tightened up and made more intuitive without rewriting the entire design language. You’ll have room to propose styling tweaks—just keep everything consistent with the current brand look. Second, stability has slipped. The app occasionally crashes and certain features stop responding as expected. I need those crashing and functionality bugs isolated, reproduced, and patched so the user experience returns to smooth operation. Finally, several PHP endpoints no longer return the responses the Flutter side expects. I’ll supply the repository and hosting credentials; you’ll trace the mismatch, update the controllers, and make sure the API calls behave exactly as documented. Deliverables (all must be met for acceptance): • Updated Flutter widgets and layouts reflecting the agreed UI/UX changes • Resolved crash logs and functional defects with proof of fix (build or video) • Clean, commented PHP updates plus a quick read-me summarising the endpoints touched • A final build (APK + iOS archive) ready for store submission and a short hand-off call to walk me through the updates If you’re comfortable jumping between Flutter (Dart) and PHP, can debug methodically, and care about polished user experiences, I’d love to hear how soon you could start.
