Flatten DWG, Consolidate Layers

I have a small AutoCAD drawing that still lives partly in 3-D space. Your task is to project every element onto the XY plane without exploding or otherwise breaking up the hatches, blocks, or polylines that make up the file. Once it is truly 2-D, move every hatch—regardless of pattern or colour—onto a layer named TRAMA, setting all hatches colour #22, while every remaining object (lines, blocks, polylines, text, etc.) goes onto a layer named ARQ , setting all elements colour #21. Layer 0 must stay exactly as it is, but without any object on it, so the finished drawing contains only three layers in total: 0, TRAMA, and ARQ. No special treatment is required for individual hatch patterns and I am fine with AutoCAD’s default object naming inside the ARQ layer. Original DWG file attached, so you can confirm scale and units before starting, that should be mantained. Deliver back a clean, flattened DWG that opens error-free in AutoCAD 2015, ready for work over it
