We use Microsoft Outlook for all mailboxes, yet none of the forms or system emails sent from the site ever make it to the inbox. The site is on a shared hosting plan, so you’ll have to work within the host’s control panel limits. During the session you’ll trace why messages that the website says are “sent” never reach Outlook—checking DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM), mail logs, PHP mail settings, or any other layer that could be blocking or mis-routing traffic. Once corrected I want to see a live test message arrive successfully and get a short note of the exact changes made so I can reference them later.
