My Meta Advantage+ Shopping ad keeps telling me “0 products” or “Product set is empty,” even though 94+ items sit published and in-stock in WooCommerce. Initially I was using Pixel Manager and everything was working fine but I don't know how that plugin got removed but I only realised it today and when checked the plugin wasn't there. Re-installed plugin but no luck. It looks like the connection froze and the Product Sync and Advertise tabs vanished from WordPress > Marketing > Facebook. Here is where things stand: • I have already checked every WooCommerce product setting and made sure each item is in the correct Facebook product category. • I reviewed my Facebook Business Manager and confirmed the catalog, pixel, and commerce account are all present and connected to the same business.
