Fix 7 Slow WordPress sites in a cPanel

I oversee seven WordPress installs that live on the same cPanel server. Every one of them feels sluggish from the very first request—backend and frontend alike— Here’s where things stand so far: I have already compressed all images, enabled a popular caching plugin on each site, and even moved to a higher-tier hosting plan. Those steps shaved off only fractions of a second. GTmetrix and PageSpeed Insights still flag long TTFB and high initial CPU usage on every page, not just the home pages. What I need now is a deeper optimisation pass that looks beyond the usual quick wins: server-level tuning via WHM/cPanel, PHP-FPM or LiteSpeed tweaks, database indexing, object caching (Redis/Memcached), and selective plugin audits to remove bloat. If a CDN or Cloudflare configuration will bring measurable gains, I’m open to it as well.
