I’m commissioning five real-person avatars for use in Synthesia videos. All talent must: • Be 26-40 years old • Cover both Caucasian and Asian backgrounds • Include 3 males and 2 females • Sign Synthesia’s consent & release forms and follow every guideline in https://help.synthesia.io/en/articles/9453224-how-do-i-create-my-personal-avatar What you will handle 1. Talent sourcing and shortlisting that fits the above profile. 2. Coordination of a shoot in office environment (not green screen as this is classed as Studio Avatars and their are distinct recording differences between the two. 3. Collection of all signed paperwork. 4. Delivery of the raw, uncompressed video files ready for direct upload to Synthesia, plus a brief production report (camera specs, lighting, file names). I’ll review and approve the final cast before filming begins and will stay available for quick feedback throughout. Experience crafting Synthesia-ready footage or similar avatar work is highly valued. Target turnaround is two weeks from project start.
