My goal is simple: land key blog articles on Google’s first page and drive a significant uptick in overall website traffic. The site is content-heavy—hundreds of evergreen and news-style blog posts—so the strategy must center on strengthening those assets rather than product or service pages. Scope of work • Audit – A full technical and on-page SEO audit to uncover crawl issues, page-speed bottlenecks, thin content, and internal-link gaps. • Keyword plan – Research and map general industry terms with the highest potential; align them to existing or newly suggested articles. • Content optimisation – Rewrite titles, H1-H3 structure, meta descriptions, image alt text, and schema markup where relevant. Each change must respect the current editorial voice. • Authority building – Outline and execute a white-hat backlink plan that attracts high-domain-rating links to cornerstone blog posts (guest posts, digital PR, or outreach—no PBNs). • Performance tracking – Configure Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and rank-tracking dashboards so progress is transparent. Acceptance criteria 1. At least five agreed-upon industry keywords reach Google top-10 positions within the timeline we set together. 2. Organic sessions from Google increase by a minimum of 25 % compared with the previous three-month average, verified in GA4. 3. All audit-flagged errors (404s, duplicate titles, missing meta, slow-loading pages above 3 s) are fixed or have documented justification. Deliverables will be handed over as shared spreadsheets, audit PDFs, and on-page change logs, with weekly check-ins to keep everything on track.
