User Panel scope • Core sections: Chat Management, Contact Management, and an Analytics Dashboard where customers can track message volumes, delivery rates, and campaign performance. • Flow clarity is critical—sending a broadcast, creating a template, or importing a contact list should happen in as few clicks as possible. Admin Panel scope I will supply detailed feature lists once the user-side screens are underway, but the structure must leave room for typical admin needs such as user oversight, system configurations, and high-level reporting.
