I’m expanding our HR team in Sohar and need a Female Interview Coordinator who can keep our interview calendar running like clockwork while giving every candidate a professional first impression. Here is what makes you a strong fit: • 1-3 years’ experience handling interview logistics or similar HR coordination work • Pleasant, confident presence and fluent English in both speech and writing • Solid interviewing, administrative and communication skills that show in every email, call and meeting • Candidates from Kashmir are warmly encouraged to apply Day-to-day you’ll own the full scheduling cycle—confirming times with hiring managers, updating Airtable and Outlook, sending reminders and quickly reshuffling when plans change. Although you won’t conduct the interviews yourself, your reliability determines how smoothly every hiring round runs.
