I have a new family entertainment center in development and need polished, photo-realistic visuals that bring the concept to life. I’ll need both interior and exterior shots in a classic style so investors, city reviewers, and future guests can immediately understand the look and flow of the project. Spaces to be illustrated include the bowling lanes, full-service restaurant, bar, arcade, multiple party rooms, pro-shop, and restrooms, along with the exterior entrance and façade. Floor plans, reference photos, and material palettes are ready to share the moment we start. I’m looking for high-resolution stills (print and web) plus the native scene files so we can generate additional camera angles later if needed. If you can also supply a brief walkthrough or 360° panorama, let me know—it would be a helpful extra. We do have a CAD file that we can share as well as a PDF floor plan. This will be located in an industrial business park and we are limited on the exterior of the building. It cannot have a lot of design, must fit in with that is currently already there, which is pretty much metal warehouses. The building itself will be a pre-engineered metal building and for the interior we are hoping to keep the industrial feel going with as much open ceiling as possible. Total Building square foot will be about 28,000 sqft
