I want a seasoned automation pro to build and deploy chatbots on BOTH my Facebook page and WhatsApp Business number. On Facebook the bot must: • Welcome new visitors, answer common FAQs, and seamlessly pass complex queries to a live agent. • Push time-sensitive marketing promotions to segmented audiences without spamming. • Keep a searchable log of every conversation inside Meta’s inbox or a connected CRM. On WhatsApp the focus is rock-solid customer support. The flow should collect a user’s name, order number, and issue, then provide instant answers or route the chat to the right human if needed. Preferred stack: ManyChat, Chatfuel, Dialogflow, or a comparable no-code/low-code platform that complies with Meta policies and the WhatsApp Business API. I will provide the copy; you wire up the logic, quick-reply buttons, web-hooks, and any necessary third-party integrations (Zapier, Google Sheets, HubSpot, etc.). Acceptance criteria 1. Both bots pass Meta App Review and go live on their respective channels. 2. All listed tasks operate error-free for at least 72 hours under real user traffic. 3. I receive clear handover docs: flow diagrams, fallback rules, and instructions for future edits. Timeline is flexible but I’d like the first testable flows within a week of kickoff.
