I’m looking to hire a skilled 3D modeler to create a clean, production-ready 3ds Max model from provided 2D CAD plans and elevations of a mid-rise residential building. The scope includes modeling the entire exterior envelope with accurate facade elements, windows, doors, trims, balconies, parapets, storefront entries and focusing on select interior spaces: four residential units, the residential lounge, and a small courtyard. No other interior floors, corridors, or units are required. The model should feature precise structural dimensions, correct wall and ceiling heights, soffits, columns, baseboards, and trims, along with detailed built-in cabinetry and millwork for kitchens and bathrooms suitable for close-up visualization. All geometry must be clean, optimized, and built to the correct real-world scale (feet and inches), delivered in an organized 3ds Max scene with logical layers and grouping so that each space and component can be easily isolated. Deliverables will include the native .max file plus an FBX export as backup. No furniture, decorative props, textures, lighting, entourage, or vegetation are required. The final model will be used for high-quality photorealistic rendering, so accuracy, proper structure, and attention to detail are essential.
