I need a seasoned full-stack developer who can step in as my technical interviewer for incoming candidates. The conversations will be held in English at a solid B2–C1 level, so you must feel comfortable leading nuanced, in-depth discussions. The interviews revolve around full-stack development. Most applicants claim experience with JavaScript/React, Python/Django, and Java/Spring, and many also list C#. I expect you to move effortlessly among these stacks, probing their real-world knowledge of architecture, coding standards, debugging, testing, and deployment. Feel free to shift the conversation when a candidate mentions additional technologies, yet keep the core assessment anchored in those four primary stacks. Here’s how we’ll work together: • Before each session I will forward the résumé and any notes so you can tailor questions. • During the call you will drive the technical deep dive, assess problem-solving ability, and gauge communication skills. • Afterward you will send a concise written report highlighting strengths, red flags, and your hire/no-hire recommendation.
