Senior Software Developer Needed (Python, C++, SQL) – Remote Access Work We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Python, C++, and SQL to support ongoing and upcoming projects. Key Requirements: Strong expertise in Python, C++, and SQL Minimum 10+ years of professional experience Experience working with code repositories (GitHub) Strong understanding of code refactoring and maintainability Experience in performance optimization and debugging Ability to create and modify scripts (Bash / Shell scripting) Familiarity with Docker and environment setup Experience working with JSON files and data parsing (parsing.py) Ability to design test environments and evaluation workflows Understanding of software testing, validation, and automation Ability to work on complex, large-scale, and outlier/problem-solving projects Comfortable working via remote access tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk Work Setup: Fully remote (via secure remote access) Flexible working hours Long-term collaboration opportunity Responsibilities: Work on AI evaluation-style coding tasks (refactoring & optimization) Modify and improve existing codebases without introducing regressions Create scripts, patches, and structured coding tasks Handle challenging and non-standard (“outlier”) technical problems Selection Process: Candidates must complete two assessment tasks (missions) The project will be awarded after successful completion Payment will be made only after passing the missions and completing the project Budget: $10–$12 per hour
