The server is a pure Survival world and I need an admin who can keep everything running smoothly while letting the community focus on playing, not troubleshooting. Core responsibilities • Plugin management – suggest, install, configure and regularly update plugins (we’re on Paper/Spigot), making sure they play nicely together without introducing lag. • Player moderation – uphold the rules, resolve disputes, issue warnings or bans when needed and keep chat friendly. • Server maintenance – schedule automated backups, monitor uptime, fix crashes quickly and manage any routine housekeeping. I also want help with both configuration and optimization: tweaking Paper and JVM settings, trimming unnecessary processes, balancing view-distance and entity limits, and generally targeting 18-20 TPS even during peak hours. Deliverables are straightforward: a stable, low-lag Survival server, a clear plugin list with config files stored in Git, weekly performance reports and a documented rollback procedure.
