We are not open to alternative 3D tools or engines. If your background is mainly in Unity, Unreal, Maya, 3ds Max, or any other 3D workflow, please do not apply. Technology stack is non-negotiable: This project is strictly React Native and Node.js. We will not accept suggestions to switch frameworks, engines, or backend stacks. Asset strategy is also non-negotiable: We will strictly use ready-made, purchasable 3D assets (stock assets). No custom modeling from scratch. No alternative asset pipelines. About the task (high level): We are expanding our app map, a mobile-first blend-type 3D map built in Blender, integrated into a React Native application. The work focuses on selecting, adapting, and optimizing ready-made Blender assets, structuring a modular map with hundreds of buildings, and preparing it for mobile performance and dynamic ownership logic.
