Project Description: We are developing an innovative expandable rock climbing wall for kids, under our brand FunHomes – Turning Corners into Playgrounds. The product is designed for indoor use, with DIY assembly features so parents can easily set it up at home. We are looking for a skilled CAD designer (Fusion 360 / SolidWorks / AutoCAD) to create precise, production-ready 3D models and drawings. Scope of Work: 1. Concept to CAD Conversion: Translate our approved concept into detailed 3D models. 2. Expandable Design: Wall should have modular/expandable panels that can be added or removed to increase play value. 3. DIY Assembly: Incorporate user-friendly joineries (Z-clips / French cleats / nut-bolt systems) for easy setup at home. 4. Safety Compliance: Ensure design follows basic child safety standards (rounded edges, load capacity, etc.). 5. Technical Drawings: Provide detailed production drawings with dimensions, materials, and fittings. 6. Output Files: 3D renders (for marketing), STEP/STL files (for prototyping), and detailed 2D drawings (for manufacturing). Ideal Candidate: • Strong CAD skills (Fusion 360 preferred). • Understanding of materials like plywood, hardwood,etc • Portfolio of previous DIY, furniture, or play equipment projects. Deliverables: • 3D model (expandable rock climbing wall with modular sections). • Exploded view showing DIY assembly system. • 2D CAD drawings with accurate dimensions. • Rendered images for presentation.
