I have between 1,000 and 10,000 rows of information spread across several Excel files that now need to live inside my Zoho CRM. The data covers three areas—customer records, sales history and our product catalogue—so the import has to preserve every relationship between contacts, deals and products. Here’s the flow I have in mind: first, each spreadsheet is cleaned, deduplicated and mapped to the appropriate Zoho fields. Next, the records are uploaded—either via the native import tool or the Zoho API if that proves faster—followed by spot checks to be sure look-ups, picklists and custom fields are all aligned. Finally, any errors flagged by Zoho’s validation rules should be corrected and re-imported so that the system is left with a single, trustworthy data set. Deliverables • Field-mapping document showing how every Excel column translates inside Zoho • Clean CSV files ready for upload (or the import scripts themselves) • Completed import with all customer, sales and product entries visible and searchable in Zoho CRM • Brief hand-off note outlining what was done and how to repeat the process for future batches Once everything is confirmed working, I’ll close the project. Let me know your approach and the tools you prefer—DataPrep, Deluge scripts, macros, anything that gets the job done accurately and on time.
