Our purchasing spreadsheet is already central to daily operations, yet it has grown bulky and harder to trust as the numbers scale. I need it streamlined and future-proof so the team can generate purchasing requirements in minutes, not hours. Here is what matters most: • Structure
 – Reorganise the underlying data tables so information flows logically and stays error-free. – Clean up or rebuild formulas and functions that have become overly complex or redundant. – Refresh the user interface with clear input areas, intuitive navigation, and protective safeguards for critical cells. • New capabilities
 – Introduce automated calculations that trigger on data entry, eliminating manual copy-pasting. – Build advanced filtering so we can slice demand by date range, supplier, or SKU without adding temporary columns. – Add a custom reporting view that outputs a polished purchase-order recommendation we can hand straight to procurement. Deliverables 1. Updated workbook with the improvements above fully tested on sample data I will supply. 2. Brief hand-off notes or short Loom walkthrough that explains new logic, key formulas, and any named ranges so internal staff can maintain it. I work exclusively in Microsoft 365, so please stick to native Excel features (Power Query, dynamic arrays, PivotTables, etc.) rather than external add-ins.
