I am looking for an experienced Excel/VBA expert to create a smart and automated GST Advance Management Tracker. The goal is to maintain all data in a single Excel sheet while tracking: GST advance received from multiple clients, Advance breakup project-wise & state-wise, Automatic tax calculations (CGST/SGST/IGST), Invoice adjustments against advances, Real-time balance availability per project/state, GST liability calculations based on unadjusted advances. Key Requirements: Single Sheet Design (No multiple tabs) Input columns for: Entry Type: Advance / Invoice Date Client Name Project Name State GST Rate (%) Amount Invoice No. (if applicable) Automatic GST breakup based on state (CGST+SGST or IGST) Advance adjustment logic: When invoice is entered, it should pick available advance (FIFO or manual link) Show how much advance was adjusted Show balance advance available for each project/state Real-time summary/dashboard view (preferably on same sheet using VBA/UserForm or dynamic ranges) Error-proofing with data validations & alerts (e.g., if advance over-adjusted) User-friendly design with filters, dropdowns, formatting Deliverables: Fully functional Excel workbook (compatible with MS Excel 2016 & above) Clean, documented VBA code (if used) Formula-driven calculations wherever possible Dummy/test data to demonstrate working Short user guide or screen-recorded walkthrough (optional but preferred) Who I’m Looking For: Proven experience with Excel automation & GST-related tracking Strong VBA skills and formula knowledge (SUMIFS, INDIRECT, etc.) Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex workflows Quick turnaround time and open communication
