What I’d like to receive 1. An Excel workbook (xlsx) with: – One-click data refresh via Power Query or a similar method. – A clean “Dashboard” sheet with the requested visuals, slicers for date ranges and segments, and conditional formatting to flag outliers. 2. Clearly labelled measures in Power Pivot/DAX (or formulas) that drive: – Behavior metrics (frequency, recency, monetary values). – Customer lifetime value, both historical and forecast. 3. A short README sheet so anyone on my team can plug in new data and see the visuals update instantly. Acceptance criteria • All visuals react instantly to slicers. • No hard-coded ranges; everything expands automatically. • CLV calculations match a test sample I’ll provide.
