Accuracy to scale is important because the map will guide vendors and production crews on the day. Once the 2D layout is approved, I need a realistic 3D visualization that focuses on three key elements: • Stage design • Food and drink stands • Tents layout Neutral colours are fine; I have no fixed branding to weave in. Please feel free to use the tools you are most comfortable with—AutoCAD for the plan and SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar for the render are all acceptable—as long as the final outputs are: 1. A clean, layered DWG/PDF site map showing all placements and dimensions. 2. High-resolution renders (and the source file) that clearly showcase sightlines around the stage, vendor flow, and overall ambience.
