I’m building a full-featured event management app that runs natively on both iOS and Android and comfortably serves a user base of roughly eight thousand people. The single most important capability is robust event scheduling: I need to create, edit, and publish recurring or one-off events from an admin side and have them appear instantly in the mobile UI. Users must receive every update—new dates, location changes, last-minute announcements—through push notifications, so please wire the app to both APNs and Firebase Cloud Messaging from day one. Email or SMS may be added later, but push is the only channel that has to ship in this first release. Performance and scalability matter because attendance peaks can trigger a surge of simultaneous reads, and I don’t want anyone waiting on a spinner. Clean architecture, thoughtful state management, and efficient API calls are therefore a must. If you prefer Flutter, React Native, or separate Swift/Kotlin codebases I’m flexible; just let me know which path you’ll take and why. I’ll provide endpoints and design assets, and I’m happy to review milestones inside TestFlight and the Google Play Console as you progress.
