We’re laying the foundation of a fully integrated ERP + data system to run our FMCG & beverage operations (Bailley water franchise – Bihar/Jharkhand). This includes: • Designing & structuring internal Excel-based data models • Assisting in ERP backend logic, dashboards & flow mapping • Setting up systems for PJP, CP tracking, order flows, inventory • Cleaning, organizing, and visualizing company-wide data ⸻ Who We’re Looking For Smart and dedicated freelancers/interns (2-3 team members) who: • Know Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, formatting) • Can understand data logic and work systematically • Have basic knowledge of backend/web/ERP tools (Airtable, Google Apps Script, Power Query, Notion, Odoo, Python, etc.) • Are comfortable working on-site in Patna at our office for focused collaboration • Students or recent grads from BBA, BCA, BSc (CS), MBA, MCA backgrounds are welcome ⸻ Our Goals • Create a cost-efficient, scalable ERP structure • Build a smart data ecosystem for sales, orders, distributors, manpower & stock • Collaborate closely to execute dashboards, forms, trackers & process flows ⸻ Perks • Certificate & Letter of Recommendation • Real-time learning from a fast-growing FMCG backend • Opportunity to be absorbed for longer term if things go well • Flexible work hours (within reason), chill working vibe but focused goals
