Ergonomic Rhino Mouse Case

I already have the internal base of my computer mouse modelled; what I’m missing is the outer plastic shell. You’ll receive reference images of the desired look plus the existing Rhino (.3dm) file containing the PCB and inner geometry. Your task is to sculpt an ergonomic, comfortable case that wraps perfectly around that base. Key points you must hit: • Shape the left and right button areas so they pivot cleanly on the built-in posts. • Cut an accurate slot for the scroll wheel. • Keep wall thicknesses and snap-fit clearances appropriate for plastic injection moulding. I’d like a clean, production-ready Rhino model with surfaces joined, trimmed, and free of naked edges. If you prefer to rough out the form in SubD and finish in NURBS, that works for me as long as the final file opens natively in Rhinoceros 7. Before we call it done, I will drop your case onto the base to confirm alignment and verify that tolerances around the wheel, PCB, and switch mounts are correct. Once it all fits, we’re good to go.
