Phase 1 of my new media-centric, workflow-orchestration platform is ready to move from concept to detailed, engineering-ready design. The product spans Web, iOS and Android, uses a strict RBAC model, and supports multiple organizations working through approvals and permissions in real time. What I need right now Over the next four weeks I want a seasoned UX / Product Designer—or a tightly knit duo—to translate the vision into a cohesive, clickable experience. Because we have no existing design system, you’ll first craft the foundational UX strategy, including user personas, key scenarios and bespoke design principles that suit an enterprise environment. Milestone 1 (2–3 weeks) • Comprehensive UX strategy and guiding principles • Information architecture built around multi-org workflows • End-to-end user journeys and flow maps, with RBAC overlays • Responsive wireframes for web and native layouts for iOS & Android • A high-fidelity, component-driven Figma prototype ready for engineering hand-off Milestone 2 (1–2 weeks) • Pre-alpha clickable demo generated from the Figma file • Role-based access walk-throughs that prove the permission model • Core workflow demonstrations across web, iOS and Android, packaged for stakeholder review Success looks like this: the engineering team can pick up the Figma file without guesswork, stakeholders can click through realistic role-based scenarios, and the UX principles you create become the standard for future phases. If you have deep enterprise UX experience, mastery of Figma components, auto-layout and tokens, and a track record of shipping system-level products, let’s talk schedule and approach.
