WISPGate is a comprehensive BSS/OSS ISP Billing and CRM platform (wispgate.us), designed to streamline the operations of Internet Service Providers. We have successfully integrated GenieACS into our system and are now looking for an experienced GenieACS expert to take this integration to the next level. The goal is to enhance our device management and provisioning capabilities, ensuring a seamless experience for ISPs and their subscribers. Key Objectives: • Configuration Optimization: Fine-tune GenieACS parameters to improve performance, reliability, and scalability across various CPE models. • Provisioning Enhancements: Develop advanced provisioning workflows and templates for automated onboarding, firmware upgrades, and service adjustments. • Remote Device Management: Expand capabilities for live monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting directly from the WISPGate interface. • Integration Improvements: Strengthen API-level communication between WISPGate and GenieACS for synchronized data flow and unified management. • User Experience: Deliver a smooth, intuitive, and efficient management process for ISP administrators. This project aims to achieve a fully automated, stable, and user-friendly ACS ecosystem tightly integrated within WISPGate’s core platform.
