Webflow Designer / Developer Needed (Multi-Page Build, Blog, Light Design Work) We’re expanding our existing Webflow site (Transform.ai) into a more complete multi-page experience. This is a 10–30 hour project with potential for ongoing updates. Initial Scope of Work 1. Multi-Page Build We need our current site converted into a scalable, multi-page structure, including: • Industries overview page + individual industry pages • Company Type pages • Persona pages • Partner Program page added to main navigation • Clean top-nav and sub-nav structure • Templates so our team can add/edit current/new industries and personas later 2. Blog Setup (Webflow CMS or HubSpot) We need a designer who can advise and implement one of two approaches: • Webflow CMS blog (full design control), or • HubSpot blog embedded/linked into Webflow Deliverables include: • Blog index + blog post template • Newsletter/email capture forms • Styling consistent with our brand 3. Content Embeds & Lead Capture • Ability to embed whitepapers, PDFs, and content inside relevant pages • Add HubSpot newsletter forms on industry + persona pages • Ensure CTAs are clean and consistent across the site 4. Branding & Light Design • Extend our existing brand into all new pages • Swap out icons with simple, clean images (we provide references) • Improve layout consistency and visual hierarchy 5. Technical Webflow Work • Organize class system (Client-First preferred) • Ensure responsive breakpoints are clean • Improve load speed and performance • Set up CMS collections for industries, personas, company types, and blog posts What We Provide • All page copy • Brand guidelines + assets • Animation references • Webflow access • HubSpot access (if required) ________________________________________ Ideal Experience • 2+ years Webflow experience • Strong visual design capabilities • Experience building multi-page SaaS/tech websites • Understanding of CMS collections and scalable architecture • Familiarity with HubSpot form embedding (bonus) To Apply Please share: 1. 2–3 Webflow projects you personally built 2.
