Our manufacturing-distribution business is ready to roll out Zoho One across every core function—sales & marketing, HR & payroll, accounting, and importantly, inventory management. I need a Zoho implementation specialist who has already proven they can build an integrated environment that keeps stock levels accurate, invoices flowing, and teams working from a single source of truth. Scope of work • Configure Zoho Inventory so raw materials, finished goods, and multi-warehouse stock are tracked in real time and automatically reflect in Zoho Books. • Set up Zoho CRM for the sales team with customized pipelines, quotes, and order management that sync seamlessly with Inventory. • Deploy Zoho Payroll and connect it to Zoho Books for error-free salary postings and statutory compliance. • Build role-based permissions, approval workflows, automation rules, and essential dashboards for each department. • Because we’re starting from scratch, no legacy data migration is required—use this clean slate to apply best practices from day one. • Deliver concise user training and documentation so my staff can be self-sufficient after go-live. Acceptance criteria 1. Stock movements in Zoho Inventory instantly update quantities and valuation in Zoho Books. 2. A sales order created in CRM flows through to invoicing without manual re-entry. 3. Payroll runs post correctly to the chart of accounts. 4. Department heads can generate their own reports with the dashboards you set up. 5. All users complete training and can demonstrate the key workflows relevant to their role.
