The look should stay simple and clean so it blends with the rest of the layout. When a visitor submits an email, nothing should move them away—no redirects or pop-ups—so the page simply unlocks in place. Every address collected must flow straight into the correct Mailchimp audience, using whatever embed code or API connection you find most reliable.
