Steel Structures Detailed Fabrication Shop Drawings for a 4x4m Elevated Steel Deck/Structure I am looking for a structural or mechanical designer to create detailed Shop Drawings and a 3D Model for an elevated outdoor rooftop deck. The design must be optimized for a "Bolted Connection" (Disassemble/Assemble) system, as the structure will be fabricated in a workshop and installed on-site. Project Specifications: Dimensions: 4.0 meters x 4.0 meters. Finished Height: 73 cm from the ground (3 cm allowance for WPC decking). Columns: 9 Square Hollow Sections (100x100mm, 3mm thick). Main Beams: Square Hollow Sections (80x80mm, 3mm thick). Joists: 13 Rectangular Hollow Sections (40x80mm) to support WPC flooring. Staircase: 5 risers (14.6 cm height each, 30 cm depth) made of 3mm Chequered Plate. Landing: A 90x90cm platform at the top of the stairs, adjacent to a concrete wall. Fixing: The structure is attached to a reinforced concrete wall on two sides and bolted to the floor using expansion bolts (Base Plates 150x150mm). Deliverables Required: Detailed 2D Shop Drawings: Including Plan View, Elevations, and Section Views with precise measurements. Connection Details: Clear drawings for bolt placements, base plates, and beam-to-column joints. Bill of Materials (BOM): A precise list of steel lengths and quantities needed for procurement. 3D Visualization: A simple 3D render to visualize the final structure. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Tekla Structures. Experience in Steel Structure Design and Fabrication.
