An experienced developer is required to create an electronic invoicing integration module for an existing Point of Sale (POS) system. The POS system is developed using PHP and MySQL. The module must comply with the electronic invoicing regulations and requirements of the Dominican Republic. The project involves researching the relevant API and local standards, designing and implementing the module, and integrating it with the POS system's MySQL database. We are seeking a robust and reliable solution that ensures fiscal compliance and operational efficiency. For data exchange, the Extensible Markup Language (XML) standard is utilized; all such data must be digitally signed. A Swagger (OpenAPI) document can be found at the base URL for each of the different environments; this document specifies the list of resources available within the REST API, as well as the operations (methods) that can be invoked for each resource, including their respective parameters and potential responses.
