We’re hiring experienced EHR/EMR Developers Join us in building our next-gen healthcare platform and accelerating our product roadmap. Responsibilities Develop and enhance FHIR-based EHR modules (patients, scheduling, encounters, billing, etc.). Work with Medplum or similar open-source frameworks to design secure APIs and data models. Build provider dashboards, clinical workflows, and admin portals. Integrate with external systems (labs, insurance, RCM). Collaborate with AI and voice teams to embed automation into workflows. Ensure HIPAA, ONC, and security compliance. Requirements Proven experience with EHR/EMR platforms (Medplum, Epic, Cerner, Athena, OpenMRS, etc.). Strong understanding of FHIR and HL7 standards. Hands-on with TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL. Familiarity with HIPAA security, access control, and audit logs. Knowledge of scheduling, billing, and clinical documentation. Bonus: Experience with AI/LLM integrations or healthcare automation.
