My 23-acre mango grove is set to become a traditional-style eco-resort that welcomes both families and adventure-minded guests. To move from vision to reality, I need a complete concept master plan of the entire site plus detailed prototypes for the guest cottages. Master plan scope • Position circulation roads and walking trails so they weave through the existing mango trees with minimal disturbance. • Zone the property for guest cottages, a central family-friendly restaurant (the only must-have shared facility at this stage), staff/service areas, parking, and future low-impact activity pockets such as zip-lines or nature-learning zones. • Show overall landscape strategy that keeps the orchard feel, directs prevailing breezes, and manages rainwater naturally. Cottage prototype scope • One-bed and two-bed layouts inspired by local traditional architecture—pitched roofs, ample verandas, passive cooling, and materials we can source on-site or nearby (bamboo, laterite, reclaimed timber). • Floor plans, elevations, and a simple 3D massing or sketch render that illustrates proportions and how each unit sits among the trees. • Guidelines for modular construction so more units can be added without redrawing from scratch. Deliverables will be the master plan in PDF plus editable CAD or BIM files, and the cottage prototype set in the same formats, all ready for the next design phase. Sustainability expertise in tropical climates and an eye for family-oriented spaces will be greatly valued.
