I’m developing a chargeband that securely holds and charges a set of wireless earbuds, and I need a clean, production-ready 3D model so I can run off a few test prints on my own printer. The finished file must be set up for 3D printing, so please keep wall thicknesses, overhangs and common FDM limitations in mind. Medium visual detail is perfect: crisp geometry where it matters—housing contours, snap-fit features, simple cable channels—but no need for ultra-fine texture work. Material intent is plastic, so design for typical PLA/ABS strength and tolerances. I’ll share reference dimensions and sketches as soon as we start; I’m happy to iterate twice to dial in fit. Deliverables • Printable model files (.STL and the editable source in your native CAD package) • A brief note on recommended print orientation and any support requirements I’ll consider the job complete once the file slices without errors and assembles cleanly in a test print. Looking forward to seeing how you bring the chargeband to life!
