I run a D2C e-commerce site on WordPress and want every customer touch-point—from the first chat on WhatsApp to the final sale and possible return—captured cleanly inside Zoho One. My immediate priority is to streamline customer interactions while giving my sales team detailed analytics reports they can act on every day. Here is what I need built: • Configure Zoho CRM, Analytics, Campaigns and Desk so they work together as a single workspace. • Map a clear data flow: Excel imports for Sales, Sales Returns and Payment Provision; real-time leads and orders from the WordPress store; and WhatsApp conversations via Gallabox. • Design practical pipelines and custom modules in Zoho CRM so the imported data stays easy to read, filter and update. • Build Analytics reports and dashboards that drill down to product, channel, payment status and return reason—no generic charts, only the numbers that drive decisions. • Ensure website leads trigger relevant Campaigns journeys and Desk tickets without manual effort. • Provide a short hand-over guide or video so my team can add future SKUs, campaigns or dashboards without coding. Acceptance criteria 1. Test file import shows all mandatory fields matched and de-duplicated in CRM. 2. A live order placed on the WordPress site appears in CRM, updates inventory and shows in Analytics within five minutes. 3. A customer-initiated WhatsApp chat opens/updates the correct contact record automatically. 4. At least three drill-down reports (sales by channel, returns by SKU, payment status aging) render with no errors.
