I manage a growing online store and need an experienced sales admin to take full ownership of our day-to-day order processing. You will work entirely from home, logging in to our e-commerce back-office to confirm new orders, verify payments, update shipping details, and make sure every transaction is moved smoothly from “paid” to “fulfilled.” Most tasks happen inside the platform itself—no spreadsheets or external software—so familiarity with common dashboards such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Tokopedia, Shopee, or similar will make the learning curve almost zero. Accuracy and speed matter more than volume; I’d rather see every order handled correctly than rushed. Good written Indonesian is essential because the occasional customer note will need a polite reply through the built-in messaging tool. Deliverables I will review weekly: • All new orders processed and marked fulfilled within 24 hours of payment. • Tracking numbers entered and double-checked for errors. • Brief activity log inside the system noting any customer issues or stock alerts.
