DTMF Logging Integration for 3CX

I use 3CX as my phone system and I want every DTMF key pressed during an incoming call to be captured and stored for later analysis. No custom or exotic tones are involved—just the normal RFC-standard digits callers enter on their keypad. Scope of work • Detect DTMF on all INCOMING calls handled by my 3CX instance. • Write each sequence (with time stamp and caller ID if available) to a database or flat log file that I can easily export. • Leave existing call flow, recordings, routing, IVR prompts, etc. untouched. The solution should sit transparently behind the scenes. Preferred approach I am open to Call Flow Designer, a C# add-in, a REST web hook, or any other 3CX-supported method as long as it remains upgrade-safe and requires minimal maintenance from my side. Please specify what you intend to use. Acceptance criteria 1. Place a test call, press random digits, hang up—log shows the exact sequence in order. 2. Logging continues to work after a 3CX service restart. 3. Clear hand-off instructions so I can change the log destination later if needed. If you have previously worked with 3CX DTMF capture or similar SIP/VoIP integrations, let me know; a quick demo or reference will help speed up selection. Needs to be done within a 48 time frame
