I’m lining up a series of drone-based façade inspections that will run across multiple sites in Hong Kong, covering mainly high-rise residential towers and commercial blocks. The work is ready to start as soon as I find an Advanced Pilot who already holds the HKCAD rating and can supply a drone fitted with both visual and thermal sensors. Scope of work You’ll plan each mission, handle pre-flight checks, and fly strictly under HKCAD guidelines. The goal on site is to capture crisp RGB imagery plus reliable thermal data that helps the engineering team spot cracks, water ingress and other façade defects. After each flight you will forward the raw files (photos, videos, radiometric imagery) together with basic flight logs; my in-house team will handle the detailed analysis, so post-processing on your side is minimal. Collaboration & timing Most jobs are one-day engagements, scheduled on weekdays or weekends depending on building access. Flexibility is important because weather and site permits can shift with little notice. When we confirm a date I’ll introduce you to the project manager and safety officer so you have direct lines for any questions. What to include in your reply • A clear photo or scan of your HKCAD Advanced Pilot licence • Your drone model and the thermal camera you will use • A brief note on relevant inspection experience, especially high-rise façade work I’m ready to award the first batch of sites immediately, so please respond ASAP if you’re available.
