I’m looking for an experienced business-development professional who can take full ownership of identifying, courting, and closing distribution partnerships that expand our product reach. My priority is growth through the right channel relationships, so you’ll be expected to map the market, spot high-value distributors, open conversations, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms all the way to signed agreements. You should be comfortable moving from research to outreach to deal structure without heavy oversight, bringing a proven network or at least a repeatable methodology to the table. Because our roadmap includes a strong software component, insight into software-development partnerships is welcomed; however, the core focus remains distribution agreements that quickly put product in front of more customers. Deliverables I need to see: • A short-list of qualified distribution targets with rationale • An outreach plan and first contact scripts • Progress reports on each active lead • Draft term sheets or MOUs for deals that move forward I’ll measure success by the number and quality of signed distribution agreements and the revenue potential each one unlocks.
